About the Role:

As a Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary objective is to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. You will act as a key point of contact between the kitchen and the guests, communicating special requests and dietary needs clearly.

Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized dining environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building customer loyalty and enhancing the overall reputation of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
  • Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns promptly.
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during busy periods.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe dining environment.
