Our Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing best-in‑class care and exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

• Inspiring professional growth by providing individualized, one‑to‑one care for children in an outpatient setting.
• Empowering collaboration through co‑treatment opportunities with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engaging in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to support communication skill development.
• Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.
• Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.
• Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology or related field required
• Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech‑Language Pathology (ASL/SLP). (Certification is obtained through a state‑approved program and is valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of accreditation. We also accept CFYs.)
• 2+ years' experience working with children with speech disorders is preferred
• Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi‑task

Base pay range for this position is $33-$40 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
