Physical Therapist Assistant

Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our staff at Apple Valley Village, a senior care community in Apple Valley, MN.

Full‑time, benefits eligible position. Shifts available:
Sunday‑Thursday and Tuesday‑Saturday.

Location:

14610 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124. Wage range: $28‑$34 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus: $2,500.

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with at least an associate’s degree.
• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to long‑term care.
• Capable of performing essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with sufficient communication skills.
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
