Target is looking for a Style Consultant who focuses on operations and guest experience, delivering compelling visual merchandising and in-store presentations that inspire guests. The role emphasizes welcoming guests, meeting their needs on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and ensuring the floor is set with the right product, pricing, and signage.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; solve problems and support guests accordingly.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandis e presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests and assist them with daily tasks; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members; you thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• Open to a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed and accomplish multiple tasks within set time frames.

• Accurate cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders; move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; ensure mobility for shift duration.
