What You’ll Do
- Deliver specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) during 12-hour night shifts
- Apply your NICU training and clinical expertise to provide world‑class, compassionate care to vulnerable newborns
- Work within a patient‑focused, whole‑person care culture that values and respects the contributions of nurses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Experience You’ll Need- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (not including clinical placements)
- California Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – American Academy of Pediatrics)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum education:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred but not stated as required)
