Job Description

• Job Duties: Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive & process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training: Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Communication

  Must comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, process orders over phone and in person.
• Essential Functions/
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic math skills, provide correct monetary change, verbal/write/telephone skills for orders, motor coordination for accurate movements, ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Work
  
  Conditions:
  
  Exposure to varying weather, temperatures from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas, fumes, commercial dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving parts.
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone, near/mid‑range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
• Temperaments: Direct activities, repeat tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze & compile data, make judgments.
• Physical Demands: Standing most tasks, walking short distances, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 60 lbs (cases), carrying up to 30 lbs, pushing/pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at assembly station, crouching/squatting to stock shelves, reaching above 72″, hand tasks requiring coordination.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment: Use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel, rolling cutter, cardboard box assembly.
• Delivery Responsibilities: Deliver product by car, deliver flyers or marketing material, provide valid driver license & insured vehicle, navigate routes, carry pizzas, side dishes, beverages, drive safely, walk and climb during delivery, handle adverse terrain.
• Physical Demands – Delivery: Carry items, drive, walk to customer locations, climb flights of stairs, exposure to weather.
