- Work one-on-one with clients to build relationships
- Enjoy flexible work hours to align with your lifestyle and schedule
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Transfer and position clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in physical and mental conditions
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Registration with the state of California as a Home Care Aide (HCA)
- At least one year of experience providing in-home care or working in a facility
- Current TB test
