The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing inventory, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts within the stockroom, warehouse, and/or yard. Ensures accurate inventory control, timely distribution of parts, and a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Take an active, independent role in daily parts and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe parts room and warehouse.
• Compile and maintain inventory, purchasing, and shipping records using purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions.
• Enter and update inventory and purchasing data in computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain back-order files in established sequence.
• Analyze stock usage and prepare replenishment requests.
• Prepare requisitions and place orders for new or replacement inventory.
• Distribute parts, materials, and supplies to field and shop personnel.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Perform light building maintenance as needed.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles for errands or job site support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Parts, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience performing physical inventories and cycle counts preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred (certification required or ability to obtain).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  Vista experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small group settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills with the ability to count accurately and track inventory movement using Excel spreadsheets.

• Warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold; office area is climate controlled.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas and while performing certain tasks.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light physical labor throughout the workday.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
