Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 9:30am‑6:00pm or until all work is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Competitive pay starting at $19/hr!
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks.
  • Be on the move, work on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
Driving
  • Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles, making 10–20 deliveries per day.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including driver's logs and fuel purchase logs as required by policy and law.
  • Make on‑time deliveries at customer locations safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle.
  • Operate a handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands:
Lift products up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, operate equipment safely with or without accommodation. Protective equipment includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided except for steel/composite toe boots.

Work environment:
Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • At least 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and satisfactory completion of a company road test.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to be trained to safely use powered industrial trucks and high‑reach lifts; required to pass a forklift certification test.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process.
