As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an industrial and manufacturing location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.

+ Monitor for unusual activity or unauthorized access and report observations according to established protocols.

+ Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the location.

+ Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by helping to deter potential risks through visible presence and professional conduct.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
