A team of consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and providing an incredible guest experience, including in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests’ needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right product, accurately priced and signed with sizes, styles, and colors.

The Good News Is That We Have Training to Teach You Everything You Need to Know to Be a Style Consultant. But there are a few skills you should have from the start:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within established time frames

We are an awesome place to work and care about our teams. We expect:

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders as required
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting/moving up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and other elements for duties such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift
