Overview
Under minimal supervision, the Referral Representative provides referral and clerical support to ENT Head & Neck - Apex. Understands organizational needs and supports the mission, values, and management of Wake Med Health and Hospitals. Provides informational assistance to referring physicians, patients, various healthcare organizations and staff in support of promoting ENT Head & Neck - Apex services. The Referral Representative is part of a multifunctional team charged with providing efficient and professional access to the center.
Responsibilities- Provide referral and clerical support to ENT Head & Neck - Apex.
