Overview
The Referral Representative, under minimal supervision, provides referral and clerical support to ENT Head & Neck - Apex. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of Wake Med Health and Hospitals. Provides informational assistance to referring physicians, patients, various healthcare organizations and staff in support of the effective promotion of services provided by ENT Head & Neck - Apex.
The Referral Representative is part of a multifunctional team charged with the responsibility of providing efficient and professional access to the center.
