Position: Construction Manager (LSNA-NC)

As a Construction Manager, you’ll join our collaborative team providing award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. We’re looking for a passionate Construction Manager for Cary/Holly Springs, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Construction Management field
  • Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
  • Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.
  • Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Extensive experience in Turnover Sequencing, Planning, and Execution of complex Life Science projects.
  • OSHA 30
  • Start‑Up and/or Commissioning experience of complex Life Science projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance.
  • Experience in cleaning, pressure testing & flushing high‑purity pipe.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
