Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join their client's innovative team in Apex, North Carolina. This full-time, onsite position involves overseeing all phases of architectural projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to provide innovative design solutions and manage project teams effectively.
Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
- Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and interior designers for seamless project execution.
- Implement business development strategies to expand client relationships and secure new projects.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production, and project document delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, team members, and the client.
- Successfully execute projects by following the company's and owner's protocols and procedures to reach the best solution.
- Develop strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships.
- Understand budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team.
- Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals.
- 5+ years' experience in architectural engineering.
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with multiple project sizes, with a concentration in large projects.
- Skilled in architecture and detailing, as well as proficient in construction administrative processes.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Available for occasional travel within the US.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift, 8am to 5pm.

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.
