Mathnasium of Apex has a dynamic role for someone who will be a positive and enthusiastic presence when welcoming students and parents to the center, answering their questions, and quizzing kids on math facts throughout the hour (in a fun way of course!). We want to give people the best possible experience from the moment they walk in until the moment they walk out.
Responsibilities- Greet and sign in students and parents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Ensure the safety of students entering and leaving the center
- Answer calls
- Return emails and messages
- Schedule and coordinate office activities
Explain the program to people who call or come in to inquire - Quiz students on basic math facts with flash cards or dice to make it engaging
- Play Uno or other number related games with students as needed
- Help in-center as needed
The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday from 4:15pm - 8:15pm and Sunday 12:45pm
-4:45pm.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
