As a Montessori Teacher, you will:
Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace.
Implement and Use Montessori-based curriculum that supports independence, concentration, and a love for learning.
Guide and observechildren individually and in groups across key Montessori areas, includingpractical life skills, language, math, sensory activities, and cultural studies.
Encourage positive social behaviors, responsibility, and conflict resolution, fostering a calm and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Communicate with parentsregularly, providing updates and insights on their child’s progress.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
Ensure a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment that supports the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of each child.
Montessori Teaching Certification(AMS, AMI, NAMC, MINC, MACTE, or equivalent).
Experience working with children (ages 2-5) in a Montessori setting(preferred).
Knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy, methods, and materials.
Strong classroom management skillsand the ability to create a peaceful, structured learning space.
Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
CPR/First Aid certification(can be obtained upon hire).
Ability to pass a thorough Criminal Background Check.
Apositive, patient, and nurturingapproach to teaching.
Energetic, flexible, and responsible, with a deep love for working with children.
A natural ability toinspire creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
