Een gespecialiseerd detacheringsbureau zoekt een ervaren Wmo-consulent die verantwoordelijk is voor het ondersteunen van inwoners in hun zelfredzaamheid. De rol vereist een Hbo-opleiding richting Social Work en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. Dit bureau biedt een salaris tot €5.033,- op basis van 36 uur per week en diverse arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding.
