Een organisatie voor kwetsbaren in de samenleving zoekt een woonbegeleider in Apeldoorn. Je ondersteunt Oekraïense vluchtelingen met praktische en emotionele begeleiding in hun dagelijkse leven. Deze functie vereist een MBO4 opleiding, minstens 3 jaar ervaring met complexe doelgroepen, en beheersing van het Oekraïens of Russisch. Je werkt aan een warme groepssfeer en stimuleert sociale interactie. Dit is een contract van 12 maanden voor 24, 28 of 32 uur per week.
