Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license (no license hits)

• Current certifications (AHA or American Red Cross):

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

• Travel nursing experience preferred

• Flu vaccination status required (declinations considered)

• Must not have an AZ home address on driver's license

• Compliance with facility background requirements ER RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a busy Emergency Room setting

• Assess, triage, and manage acute and emergent patient conditions

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions

• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and clinical standards
