The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities supporting all U.S. assets and operations within a mining and heavy industrial environment.
This role is for a hands-on finance leader who can operate across the full FP&A lifecycle with minimal supervision, building complex financial models, analyzing operational performance, and translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership. The Manager, FP&A is expected to balance analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational awareness while partnering closely with U.S. leadership to optimize costs, support capital investment decisions, and ensure financial alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements- Three to five or more years of electrical estimating experience
- Experience estimating industrial and or commercial electricalproject
- Ability to own estimates from initial takeoff through finalsubmission
- Strong understanding of labor productivity, materials, equipment,and indirect cost
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools
