As an eCommerce Coordinator on the Top Drawer/Shelf Genie team, a typical day for you will include:

• Marketing relevant products across all digital platforms, including posting Amazon product listings via the Top Drawer eCommerce storefront

• Managing content for each product, including details, listing photos, pricing, and product attributes

• Conducting regular audits of product listing content, pricing, and categorization to identity and fix any errors or inconsistencies

• Monitoring and reporting on marketplace performance, user engagement metrics, ratings, and reviews, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities

• Coordinating the shipping logistics of products, ensuring that product is properly packaged, shipped, and in sellable condition

(Required qualifications)

• Experience: Prior experience in eCommerce and data entry required, digital marketing experience a plus
• Skills: Strong understanding of technology and the digital marketplace landscape; excellent computer and data entry skills; ability to complete eCommerce marketing, fulfillment, shipping and inventory tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; exceptional time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Education: High school diploma/GED
• Physical requirements: Able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4 PM, with ability to check emails and inventory levels over the weekend.
