Your day-to-day will include:
Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities Motivating, coaching, and training team members Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests What youll get:
