An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Logistics Agent to join a leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation based in Belfast. This role sits within the supply chain team and will play a key part in ensuring the effective planning and management of parts supply, supporting operational delivery and production schedules.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a supply chain professional with MRP planning experience to work within a high-performing manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Supply Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for managing the transactional aspects of parts supply, ensuring production schedules are met and operational performance is maintained. You will work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure schedule visibility, capacity planning and inventory optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to the operations team

* Maintain operational systems with a high level of data accuracy

* Support parts supply enablement profiles and communicate updates effectively

* Assist with capacity planning and forward load analysis

* Manage parameters to ensure optimal asset utilisation

* Provide updates and reporting including Line of Balance planning

* Ensure timely delivery of parts to shopfloor and external customers

* Work collaboratively within a cross-functional supply chain team

Skills & Experience

* HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPIM, CIPS) preferred

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supply chain environment

* Candidates with 3+ years’ experience may be considered without formal qualifications

Essential:
Experience using MRP planning systems

* Working knowledge of core supply chain processes

* Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills

Additional Information

* Overtime available after 35 hours (paid at premium rates)

* 25% uplift Monday–Friday

* 50% uplift Saturday–Sunday

* One stage interview process

* Onsite role based in Belfast
