We are seeking someone to provide support for a young man with additional needs. Providing prompting, guidance, and encouragement throughout daily activities. Supporting personal care routines. Offering social support and helping him engage in his interests.
Responsibilities- Providing gentle prompting and guidance
- Supporting with showering and dressing
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
- Offering companionship and social interaction
- Maintaining a calm, structured, and supportive enviroment
- Access
NI check (or willingness to complete one) - Ability to provide clear prompting and guidance
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs
- Experience providing social or community based support
- Training in personal care
