Bathroom Design​/Sales Consultant

On behalf of our client, The CSR Groupis delighted to be recruiting a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team based in Belfast City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for interior design, customer service, and innovative bathroom solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering creative, customer-focused designs while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, both in person and over the phone

Design innovative bathroom layouts using cutting-edge technology

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all bathroom ranges and categories

Actively work towards sales targets and deadlines

Accurately process quotations and orders with strong attention to detail

Merchandise stock to a high standard

Support, coach, and assist in the development of team members

Proactively learn about new products and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers and colleagues

Proven background in sales with a proactive, target-driven approach

Previous experience selling bathrooms, kitchens, or tiles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling orders and quotations

Experience reading plans and interpreting 3D drawings
