In this role, you will take responsibility of residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the overall management and delivery of projects.
• Ensuring exceptional standards of quality control and workmanship on-site.
• Overseeing health & safety, and environmental compliance.
• Managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring construction programs meet deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with tradespeople, engineers etc.
• Interacting with customers.
• Driving innovation on site and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Creating and implementing construction programs.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, building regulations and company standards.
• Lead the team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and providing hands‑on support when needed.

Were looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Experience as a Site Manager (ideally 5 years) in the construction industry, preferably in residential projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of residential construction, including setting out for civil works.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications if possible (e.g., CSR, CSCS, First Aid).
• Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
