We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on improving processes, driving automation, and bringing innovative ideas to life on the production floor. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality—while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop, test, and launch new products.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, plan, and implement manufacturing processes that improve safety, productivity, and quality across the facility.
- Analyze current fabrication, machining, and assembly operations to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Lead or support automation and capital improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop efficient layouts for equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization.
- Define required tools, materials, and equipment to meet production goals and specifications.
- Conduct time and cost studies to validate process efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including process drawings, standard work instructions, and change control records.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product development and successful manufacturing scale‑up.
- Contribute to packaging design and ensure robust quality control processes are in place.
What You Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 4–7 years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD or Solid Works preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience conducting time, motion, and cost analyses.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working on the production floor and leading hands‑on implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and product innovation.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and documenting results is preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed.
Work Location: On‑site.
