Dental Hygienist

Overview

Location: 421 IL-173, Antioch, IL 60002

Schedule: M, TH 6:30a-4:30p;
Tu, Wed 7:30a-6:30p

Compensation: Bi-weekly, hourly pay with the option to Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. CE coverage available.

Redwing Dental Care is hiring a Dental Hygienist at the location above. You will join a team that provides exceptional lifetime patient care with a focus on clinical autonomy and a hygiene mentor program. This role is supported by Heartland Dental.

• Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• TB test is required for all new dental office hires (not applicable in FL & TN). Test arranged during pre-employment process.
