Our Customer Care / Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between customers and service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with field operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
- Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
- Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Manage administrative requests and tasks
- Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
- Deliver accurate service and promotional information
- Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
- Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Assist in scheduling of service routes
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
- Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with communication to customers and co-workers via telephone and electronic means
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
