Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver Mail and inform individuals of deliveries.
- Sort & Deliver Interoffice Mail every morning and communicate with courier and buildings with any problems/changes
- Keep schedule of small/large conference room
- Send out NWEA reports to parents 3 times a year through Power School
- Coordinate with building Administrative Assistants to distribute student test reports that need to be put in student temp. files
- Maintain the lobby for visitors which may include posting signage, updating the out of office message, keeping google slide presentation current, keeping the lobby organized and safe
- Keep supplies filled in lobby and conference rooms
- Answer and properly route all district telephone calls (or visitors) to appropriate parties or staff members
- Process facility usage agreements
- Set up for professional development facility usage
- Provide clerical support including, but not limited to, document creation, proofreading/revision, and appointment scheduling, meeting planning and event coordination
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Data entry into Excel, Power School, Google, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work environment
- Prepare and send cards to District staff for birthdays, sympathy etc.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Superior communication/interpersonal skills required
- Strong orientation toward providing courteous customer service and responsiveness to requests
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional understanding of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and moral judgment
- Strong computer skills (experience with Google, MS Office Suite and Power School preferred)
- Ability to relate well to students, staff, parents and the community
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Other duties as assigned by District Administration
