HOTWORX is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Enthusiast to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and a strong understanding of our products and services. You will work closely with our members and team members to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate candidate will have a passion for fitness and be willing to parlay that passion into creating a positive environment for the ANTIOCH/BRENTWOOD/OAKLEY communities.

Compensation:
Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

As a sales associate at HOTWORX, you will earn a commission on every sale you make whether its a membership or merchandise. The commission rate is a percentage of the sale, and it varies depending on the product or service you are selling. Our commission structure is designed to reward our sales associates for their hard work and success. The more sales you generate, the higher your commission payout will be. We also offer bonuses for reaching certain sales milestones and achieving overall sales goals.

We believe in being transparent with our sales associates about their earnings potential, and we provide regular updates on commission earnings and sales performance. Our sales managers are available to answer any questions you may have about the commission structure and will provide coaching to you on a daily basis to insure you are maximizing your earning potential!!

• Greet and engage with members and potential customers to build relationships and drive sales
• Educate customers on our products and services, including membership options and pricing
• Assist customers with signing up for memberships and scheduling appointments
• Follow up with potential customers and leads to convert them into members
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area and facility
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Knowledge of fitness and wellness methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to be coached
• Ability to work flexible hours, including morning/evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (B.O.E.), + Commission & Bonuses
