As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll understand Orkin’s products and services and promote them across a variety of industries. Your daily tasks include:
- Prioritizing safety in all responsibilities.
- Exhibiting professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serving as an empathetic problem solver by recommending innovative solutions.
- Achieving sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Using marketing tools to generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting inspections of commercial properties to assess pest risks.
- Recommending solutions based on inspections and addressing customer questions.
- Using the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
- Estimated first‑year earnings: $60,000 – $120,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission).

Minimum Requirements
- No experience required; sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company pays).
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Use ladder safely within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator if required.
- Work in various weather conditions.
