Computer Numerical Control Machinist (Manuel)

Base pay range: $34.00/hr - $40.00/hr this range is provided by Opusing LLC - Staffing Agency. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Location:

Antioch, CA

• Support the transition from development to production.
• Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical components per engineering drawings, models, and written procedures.
• Collaborate with production leads, supervisors, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Setup and operate precision tools including lathes, gauges, etc.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily work area cleanup.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety and efficiency.

• 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing or machining experience
• Proficiency with manual lathes and machining
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications
• High school diploma/GED (trade school or certifications a plus)
• Strong maths, mechanical, and computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs, work overtime/weekends as needed

• Industry certifications or trade school training
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
