Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Delta Pines - 2301 Sycamore Drive, Contra Costa County, Antioch, CA 94509
Reports to: Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager
Pay rate: $22.00 - $25.00 (Depending on Experience)
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance at Delta Pines. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining property assets to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The ideal candidate has strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to maintenance issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete work orders efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on property assets, including apartment units and common areas.
- Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly.
- Assist in unit turnovers, including painting, fixture replacements, and basic carpentry.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Respond to on‑call emergencies as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Ability to operate tools and maintenance equipment safely.
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Must be available for emergency calls as needed.
