Position: Clinic Based Program Supervisor

Position Overview

The Program Supervisor provides clinical oversight and direct support for ABA programs delivered in clinic, home, and community settings. This role supports client progress by supervising Behavior Interventionists, monitoring treatment fidelity, collaborating with BCBAs, and providing limited direct 1:1 services. This position includes a structured ramp-up period, with the long‑term goal of maintaining approximately 130 billable supervision hours per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 client support, which may include assigned clients or substitute coverage.
  • Implement behavior intervention programs designed by a BCBA or Behavior Consultant.
  • Supervise and coach Behavior Interventionists through in‑person support, session observations, and monthly feedback.
  • Monitor program fidelity, audit session notes, and support data accuracy and timely documentation.
  • Conduct skills assessments and assist with program updates and behavior plan implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs to support client progress and address clinical or team needs.
  • Draft clear and accurate progress reports outlining client strengths, challenges, and goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clinical leadership regarding consult hours, progress, and team performance.
  • Support families through training and consultation in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of ABA experience.
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification and completion of required safety trainings.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • In‑person role providing services in clinic, home, and community‑based settings.
  • Regular local travel between client sites may be required.
  • Use of computers and tablets for data entry and communication.
  • Exposure to challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and dysregulation.
  • Physical activity may include standing, walking, running, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist clients during crises and with basic needs such as toileting, feeding, or hygiene.
  • Adherence to the BACB Ethics Code and all professional standards is required.
