About The Role
Behavior Interventionist (BI) / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0–21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.
- Pay: $20–$27/hr (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
- Schedule:
Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 1:00pm – 6:00pm. - Start Dates:
Multiple start dates, start when you’re ready!

- Maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Preferred: RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days).
- Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s in a related field. - Passion for helping children succeed and grow.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
