Responsibilities
As an SLP, you will work to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
* Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
* Educating families and staff on patient care strategies.
* Acting as a clinical preceptor for students or new staff as required.
Requirements

* Education:
** Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
