RN Home Health Nurse

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560

Opportunity:

RN - Home Health

Job Details:

• Work 13-week contract assignment with 37 guaranteed hours per week, flexible up to 40 hours

• Five 8-hour variable days per week with every 4th weekend rotation

• Holiday rotation required

• On-call duties 1-2 times during the week and every other weekend

• 15-minute response time required for answering service calls

• Travel requirements include 20-25 patients with 4.5 visits per day on average

• Approximately 50 miles of driving per day depending on territory and patient census

• Potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin nursing license, AH ABLS, valid driver's license

• OASIS certification is preferred

• Minimum 2 years home health experience strongly preferred

• Travel nursing experience required

• EPIC and OASIS charting experience strongly preferred

• Perform OASIS admissions, episode management, doctor calls and coordination of care

• Clinical competencies required in wound care, IV therapy, port access, lab draws, and chronic disease management

• Must demonstrate time management skills, resilience, dependability, and compassionate patient care

• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

• Associate degree or certificate required

• Mask wearing required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
