Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Operator role located in Anoka, MN. The Operator will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment for excavation, grading, utility installation, or demolition tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, performing routine inspections, executing site preparation activities, and following project plans to meet specifications safely and efficiently. Collaboration with team members, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, graders, loaders, or bulldozers
- Understanding of excavation, grading, utility installation, or demolition processes
- Knowledge of site safety protocols and machine maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in heavy equipment operation or relevant field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous experience in construction or excavation is a plus
