• Provide outstanding Guest Service:
  • Develop personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day‑making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
• Hand‑craft beverages to order according to Caribou standard operating procedures
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per procedures
• Float between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows all cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintain the look and feel of a well‑run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
• Actively anticipate future needs of the team and guests
• Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
• Understands that the team manages multiple priorities and willingly follows direction from leaders

• Required:
  • Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred:
  • Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These demands may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.

$11.23 – $18.71 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. The range reflects what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
