RN Manager - Registered Nurse, Assisted Living

Overview

Compensation: Base salary of $90,000 + Bonus (Paid twice per year)

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the on-site nurse in our Assisted Living communities. This role is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable nurse with a passion for senior care. The RN will oversee resident care, conduct assessments, manage medications, and support caregivers to ensure the highest standard of service.

• Resident Care & Assessments
  • Serve as the primary nurse overseeing the care of all residents within the Assisted Living community.
  • Conduct comprehensive face-to-face assessments for new and prospective residents.
  • Develop and update personalized service plans based on individual health needs.
  • Monitor residents' ongoing health status and reassess care plans as necessary.
• Medication Management
  • Ensure accurate medication administration and compliance with all regulations.
  • Oversee and maintain medication records for all residents.
  • Investigate and address medication errors, implementing corrective action plans as needed.
• Caregiver Oversight & Staff Support
  • Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to care procedures.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to caregivers on best practices.
• Coordination of Services
  • Collaborate with hospice providers, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an assisted living, memory care, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for elderly care, particularly for residents with Dementia.
• Expertise in medication and narcotics management within assisted living and memory care.
