** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:
*** Train internal users on corporate CAD standards, new software, and efficient workflows to support project demands.
* Implement standardized processes and guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
* Lead process‑improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving solutions that improve productivity.
* Adapt to frequent project changes in a fast‑moving environment, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness.
* Produce accurate specifications and drawings based on calculations, engineering inputs, and customer requirements.
* Define, document, and maintain design processes to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
* Apply CAD expertise to create and review detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Review and validate designs for consistency, manufacturability, and functional performance.
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and a supportive setting for team members.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the CAD team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

** YOU HAVE:
*** Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
* Ideally 8+ years of Solid Works CAD design and administrative experience.
* 3+ years of experience influencing cross‑functional teams and promoting collaboration.
* Strong background in standardized processes.
* Enovia or PLM experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and application.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
