Warehouse Order Selector – Anniston (8AM start)
Location:
2130 Roberts Drive, Anniston, AL 36207.
Sunday required
Weekly incentive, OFF on Saturdays

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
- Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
- Identify the correct pick location, Master Case locations, and pick sequence in accordance to the order.
- Pick the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
- Place pick labels on the side of the cases.
- Shrink wrap and label with correct truck, stop and other required information.
- Stage pallets in appropriate bay, and build a stable and well-cubed pallet.
- Immediately inform a supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats, any violation of company policy, keep area clean and debris out of work area.
- Operate pallet jack/push cart in a safe and efficient manner.
- Understanding of safety guidelines.
- Warehouse/Operations knowledge and understanding of WMS preferred but not required.
- Ability to select at established minimum rate for department.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand and properly follow all selecting procedures and verbal instructions in your respective area: grocery, repack, cooler/freezer.
- Possess an understanding of procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes.
- Must be willing to work in multiple climates (freezer, cooler, hot).
- Lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 90 lbs. consistently.
- Occasionally pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.

Actual pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
