A. Russell Ford is seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and takes initiative in every stage of the sales process-from prospecting to closing.

We're looking for professionals who understand that success in automotive sales is built through action-not waiting.

The right candidate will consistently make calls, build relationships, market themselves online, and grow their referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives
• Maintain regular follow-up through CRM and dealership tools
• Proactively generate new business through phone calls, social media presence, and networking
• Represent the dealership professionally online and in the community
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up

Requirements:

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership technology
• Professional appearance and team-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
