The Composite Operator is an essential part of our production team, specializing in the fabrication and assembly of composite materials.

• Prepare molds and materials for production processes
• Utilize composite manufacturing techniques, including hand lay‑up and resin infusion
• Apply resin and fiberglass layers according to specified guidelines and schedules
• Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Document production activities and any non‑conformance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience in composite manufacturing or a related field is an asset
• Ability to work with fiberglass, resins, and related materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs regularly
• Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
