Main duties and responsibilitiesThe primary purpose of the TFL Operator’s position is to perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to the safe, efficient operation of the board lamination equipment and associated equipment. Additionally, the operator will be required to perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and work spaces in the assigned area of responsibility. The operator will be required to understand and manipulate computer software related to the operation of the laminating line.
The operator will also be required to identify conditions which may lead to substandard quality or up‑time and initiate the proper corrective action. Further duties may include assisting maintenance personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Excellent attendance record
- Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in a board laminating or laminate flooring production plant
- Associate’s degree in a mechanical related field
This is a rotating shift schedule position.
