Senior Client Success Representative
Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.
This position requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. The main responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisitions, assisting with existing client programs, and providing support to the Director level of the department.
The role may involve identifying new candidates for CGS prime and subcontractor placements, managing security processes, coordinating program kickoff and sustainment activities, and working with the Business Development team to identify and secure new bid opportunities. The position may also support proposal phases and operational project execution as a billable resource.
