Job Summary
* Seeking Software Engineer to support a high-priority, highly visible malware analysis modernization program, focusing on frameworks development supporting mission-critical capabilities
* The selected candidate will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the front-end processing of data for a mission-critical malware analysis tool
* This role will also support the modernization and enhancement of front-end processing services, helping improve scalability, performance, and reliability of the system Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain frameworks and backend services supporting front-end data processing
* Support modernization of existing processing services and system components
* Design and implement Java-based applications and RESTful services
* Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile development environment
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
* Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes
* Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team technical discussions
* Support the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions

Required Qualifications
* Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph

* Bachelor's Degree and 20 years' experience
* Strong experience developing Java applications (backend services; front-end development not required)
* Experience developing RESTful APIs and services
* Experience working in an Agile development environment
* Ability to multitask and quickly pivot between priorities
* Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Git
* Experience with Intelli

J or Eclipse IDE
* Experience working with Kubernetes
* Experience with JMX messaging systems such as Active

MQ, Rabbit

MQ, or similar Desired Qualifications
* Kotlin
* MongoDB
* Spring or Spring Boot
* Python
* Apache NiFi Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications. The pay range for this role is: 175, USD per year (NBP)
