Ruby on Rails Developer

We are searching for an experienced Ruby on Rails engineer for a well-established technology organization building highly specialized, configurable software used across critical, real-world operational environments. They’re hiring a Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join a small, high-impact engineering group working on sophisticated, mission-driven applications. The work involves building modern, cloud-hosted web products with a major emphasis on testability, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability.

• Build and maintain core features within a major product suite.
• Contribute to architectural decisions in a modern cloud environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to deliver clean, well-tested code.
• Work with a stack that includes Ruby on Rails, Vue, Postgre
  
  SQL, Terraform, and GCP.
• Work autonomously with high ownership of your work.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years (more is ideal) solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Cloud experience — GCP, AWS, or similar.
• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience in regulated or high-compliance environments.
