The RoleThey’re hiring a Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join a small, high-impact engineering group working on sophisticated, mission-driven applications. The work involves building modern, cloud-hosted web products with a major emphasis on testability, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability.

What You'll Do- Build and maintain core features within a major product suite.
- Contribute to architectural decisions in a modern cloud environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to deliver clean, well-tested code.
- Work with a stack that includes Ruby on Rails, Vue, Postgre
SQL, Terraform, and GCP. - Work autonomously with high ownership of your work.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years (more is ideal) solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Cloud experience — GCP, AWS, or similar.
- Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: experience in regulated or high-compliance environments.
